Project Overview

How we develop it.

Every Uhuru project follows the same disciplined path — from origination and feasibility, through environmental and social safeguards, to a structure that governments trust and lenders finance.

Origination & Feasibility

Identifying the strategic case and proving it — demand studies, technical assessment and preliminary design to international appraisal standards.

Environmental & Social

A full Environmental & Social Impact Assessment and, where land is required, a Resettlement Framework — protecting ecosystems and treating affected communities with fairness and dignity.

Structuring & Delivery

Packaging the project as a bankable concession, aligning ministries, lenders and communities, and championing it through financing, construction and long-term operation.

Current Status

In development.
